Heo Woon-seok currently serves as the Head of the Real Estate Division at Billionfold Asset Management, having previously worked as the Investment Team Leader at Aegis Asset Management. He holds an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Yonsei University.
He has accumulated extensive experience in domestic and international real estate investment and management. Currently, he manages 129 units within the Jeju Dream Tower (Grand Hyatt) and oversees the Yangji Logistics Center, a cold storage facility spanning 6,500 pyeong. Additionally, he manages two development blind funds and has a track record of raising a total of 200 billion KRW in domestic capital and investing 20 billion KRW in development equity.
His expertise is also clearly evident in the global market. He managed an SMA fund targeting five European countries funded by the Korea Government Employees Pension Fund (KGEP), and has successfully led various international real estate investment projects, including the GLP Logistics Portfolio Fund in the U.S. and Europe, as well as multi-family assets in the U.S., such as the 555 and EVGB funds.
